But here's the thing - we have no idea how many people are silently fighting the battle of PTSD because it's so often not talked about. I want to prove that we know more people who do or might struggle with PTSD than we ever thought possible. People who matter to us, who we’d like to help if only we know. I’m going to go through some of the ways PTSD shows up in everyday life, what it looks like, and even feels like for those struggling with it.
